Billing and Usage

This guide covers invoices, payments, and usage tracking so you can stay on top of your cloud spending.

Invoices

The Invoices page provides a complete view of your billing history.

Statistics

Four summary cards appear at the top:

  • Outstanding Balance -- Total unpaid amount across all invoices (EUR).
  • Total Paid -- Cumulative payments you have made.
  • Overdue -- Number of invoices past their due date.
  • Total Invoices -- Total number of invoices issued to your account.

Filtering Invoices

Use the tabs to filter the invoice list:

  • All -- Every invoice regardless of payment status.
  • Unpaid -- Invoices that still need to be paid.
  • Paid -- Invoices that have been settled.

Invoice Table

Each row in the table shows:

ColumnDescription
Invoice NumberA unique identifier (e.g., INV-2026-0042).
Status BadgeColor-coded: green for Paid, yellow for Unpaid, red for Overdue.
Due DateThe date by which payment is expected.
AmountTotal amount in EUR.

Invoice Detail Sheet

Click any invoice to open its detail view.

The detail sheet includes:

  • Timeline -- Key dates: when the invoice was issued, when it is due, and when it was paid (if applicable).
  • Total Amount -- The full invoice total with a breakdown of line items.
  • Actions:
    1. Download PDF -- Save a PDF copy of the invoice for your records or accounting.
    2. Pay Now -- Available for unpaid invoices. Initiates the payment flow.

Paying an Invoice

  1. Open an unpaid invoice from the Invoices page.
  2. Click Pay Now.
  3. Follow the payment instructions to complete the transaction.
  4. The invoice status updates to Paid once the payment is confirmed.

Usage

The Usage page helps you understand your resource consumption and estimate upcoming costs.

Date Range

Select a time window from the dropdown at the top of the page:

  • Last 7 Days -- Short-term view for recent activity.
  • Last Month -- Standard monthly review.
  • Last 90 Days -- Quarterly overview for trend analysis.

Usage Metrics

Four metric cards show your consumption for the selected period:

BandwidthGBNetwork data transferred in and out.

Each metric card also shows an estimated cost in EUR based on your current pricing plan.

Charts

Two visual charts provide additional insight:

  • Resource Consumption -- A bar chart comparing CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth usage across the selected period.
  • Billing Status -- A pie chart showing the proportion of paid, unpaid, and overdue invoices.

Usage Summary Table

Below the charts, a summary table lists each service with its individual resource consumption and estimated cost. The final row shows the Total Estimated Bill for the selected period.

Tip: Compare the usage summary against your invoices to understand exactly what drives your costs. If you notice unexpected spikes, check the Services monitoring tab for details.
