Tenant Management

The Customers page is where you view and manage all customer tenants on the platform. Each tenant represents a customer account -- either a company or an individual -- with their own users, orders, invoices, and support history.

Accessing the Customers Page

  1. Click Customers in the sidebar.
  2. The customer list loads with all registered tenants.

Summary Statistics

At the top of the Customers page, four summary cards provide a quick overview:

MetricDescription
Total CustomersTotal number of registered customer tenants
CompaniesNumber of business/organization accounts
UsersCombined user count across all tenants
RevenueTotal revenue generated across all customers

These numbers update in real time as new customers register or existing data changes.

Customer List

The main table displays all customer tenants with the following columns:

  • Name -- Customer or company name
  • Type -- Company or Individual
  • Status -- Active, Suspended, or Inactive
  • Users -- Number of users within the tenant
  • Created -- Account creation date

Searching Customers

  1. Click the search field above the customer list (or use Cmd+K for global search).
  2. Type a customer name, email, or company name.
  3. Results filter in real time as you type.

Filtering by Type

  1. Click the Type filter dropdown above the list.
  2. Select Companies to show only business accounts.
  3. Select Individuals to show only personal accounts.
  4. Select All to reset the filter.

You can combine the search field with type filters to narrow results further.

The top of the detail panel shows:

  • Customer name and type

  • Creation date

Activity Counts

Below the overview, count badges summarize the customer's activity:

BadgeDescription
UsersNumber of users registered under this tenant

InvoicesNumber of invoices issued
TicketsSupport tickets created by the tenant

Click any badge to navigate directly to the filtered view of that resource for the selected customer.

Tenant Details

Exporting Customer Data

To export the customer list as a CSV file:

  1. Apply any desired filters (type, search query) to narrow the list.
  2. Click the Export button in the top-right area of the customer list.
  3. A CSV file will download containing all visible customers and their details.

The export includes: name, type, status, email, user count, order count, invoice count, and creation date.

Tip: Use CSV exports for periodic reporting, audits, or importing data into external tools like spreadsheets or CRM systems.

Best Practices

  • Regular review: Periodically check for inactive or suspended tenants that may need follow-up.
  • Use filters: When working with a large customer base, combine search and type filters to quickly locate specific accounts.
  • Check activity counts: Before contacting a customer, review their orders, invoices, and tickets for full context.
